I had a off work day today. It was rainy outside so I decided to stay in for a most of the day. I spent quite a lot of time surfing the world wide web. I found a very interesting blog about outdoor lighting - it has some articles about improve the exterior lighting of your house or your garden. I found some very promising tips for myself from there. I think I will try some of them out myself. Another great page I found is about lighting - it has some cool theory and illustrations about different techniques, methods, equipment and history of home lighting.

Home Lighting part 4

So this is it. The big moment has came. It is finally done. I have my living room lightened up in a totally new way. Well the result was not as I imagined at first but It is still a beautifully lightened room. The installation of the lamps was the easy part. After that I had some hard time to find the best positions for the lamps. After trying around for few hours I went back to one of the first compositions I came to earlier. What can I say, It took some time but the result is worth it.

Week three now. On the first week I started to planning the lighting of my living room. On the second week I made up my plans I decided to go for a low lighted romantic atmosphere. So on this week I went through some shops and purchased some really cool blue toned floor lamps and a few even more cooler desk lamps. It didnt cost me much. I managed to purchase all the needed stuff just under $600.

Continuing here the last week post. So I wen through some very heavy materials. After watching a tons of examples I decided to make my living room kinda romantic cool and smooth. Sound good ugh? So I'm planning to purchase some floor lights and a few regular table lamps. I still need to think if I go for natural colored lighting or should I choose a specific color. I tend to like a light blue lights in my mind but I need to think about it for some more time.
